The results of my house wash were amazing! They removed residue of a bee hive that I was told would have to naturally wear off with weather. Evan and Brad did an awesome job. I contacted Top Notch to pressure wash the siding on my patio home to remove years of mold/mildew accumulation They did an excellent job and the siding looks good as new. Evan explained the entire process, arrived as scheduled and completed the job per the original estimate. The price included washing the gutters, downspouts and window frames as well as the siding. The results were amazing. Final rinse. Left no trace of any residue and there was no damage to shrubbery or patio. Initial communication, quote, etc. very efficient. A bit of a delay in original estimation for the job (late June turned into 3rd week of July), but otherwise a great experience. Every step of the power washing and window cleaning was explained, including what would and would not be effected. The job itself was done quickly and efficiently, and the final results were great. Bonus: their equipment is much quieter than some other's so you won't annoy your neighbors.
